A study to perform a market and retailer assessment for the client by understanding the change in US consumer dynamics, trends in retail and e-commerce channels, and customer and competitor performance.

Our Approach

In consultation with the client, nine competitors were identified for the study. We studied the macro-economic trends in the US, the difference between retail and e-commerce performance, client’s profile as well as the profile of each competitor by performing an exhaustive secondary research.

Detail Research Process

  • In consultation with the client, evaluated the consumers on factors such as consumer sentiments, disposable income and consumer credit, and then performed a Retail Channel Analysis and determined the trends in retail and e-commerce channels.
