We proposed and developed a comprehensive marketing dashboard utilizing Power BI to provide the team with real-time insights into their marketing and sales performance. The Expense auditors want to support their current audit practices and move from auditing manually before reimbursing the expenses to a more dynamic risk based approach where in the manual efforts involved are minimal and the tool can detect fraudulent/ fake expenses based on the risk score assigned to various categories. The tool should cover expenses over a period for both employees and case codes.
Leveraging Alteryx, we created an app, which did not require any technical expertise to be used. The users had to input the entire dataset on running the tool and the app generated Excel files as a result as well as refreshed the Tableau Ingestible Files.
Tableau Dashboard helps to enable a quick and automated risk assessment for major fraudulent categories that the auditors wanted to review the expense claims for. Both the Excel files and Tableau Dashboards analysed risk patterns to track deceitful behaviour and focused on high spend and risk by expense category/ case codes and also highlighted the employees who have filed for exorbitant reimbursements.
A top consulting firm needed one pit stop for all their Employee's Billability and other details like publications, satisfaction level etc. Besides that, they needed an option to deep dive on the details for each parameter and also add any comments or annotations on the web page.
We extracted data from different data sources and used Alteryx to blend it. After manipulation of data, the output was sent to SQL and Tableau Server. From SQL server, using high charts, a landing page was created giving an overview of all the metrics at a department level. This view was filtered on the basis of users.
In this view, manager can see the details of his team and also add comments, to further elaborate the numbers. Tableau dashboards were created which could be accessed by clicking on the respective cards.
In order to satisfy various research requests within anticipated standards, the Researchers were forced to navigate a disparate suite of tools and they were doing protracted manual manipulation of data and presentation. There was no centralised place to keep the documentation and process templates, so all the team members often struggled to gain proficiency with the research request templates.
Further, in order to know what’s happening in the organization globally and locally to ensure accurate planning, the users had to reply on emails to organize important events, notices and trainings. Also there was no way to identify the reporting structures of the users.
Replaced the manual template-based processes with intuitive software-based workflows. With a few simple steps, Researchers can deliver the documents/outputs against the research request with the organizational standards. The researchers including new team members now can easily access all the DRS templates, tools, and research resources.

The client had a vision to offer their customer a wide range of products and a fun and personalized buying experience. But they faced some challenges: their existing website and App were outdated; their processes were inefficient and manual, and their technology platforms were not integrated. They needed a partner who could help them transform their business and achieve their goals.
We worked closely with the client to understand their strategy, products, capabilities and market. We analyzed their end-to-end journey from lead generation to installation and identified the gaps and pain points in their current systems. We designed a new architecture that included a revamped website, a responsive Web App and in integration with their ERP system.
We enabled customers to design their own kitchens using a configurable interface that could directly send the specifications to the factory floor.
The result was a stunning improvement in customer experience and satisfaction, an increase in sales and margins per unit, a seamless flow of information across departments, and a complete order management, component management and user management system.
The client needed a system where suppliers could upload and store their products and related information so that they can refer to the information anywhere without halts in supply of those products.
A tracking system was also required for the uploaded information and the changes made to the pre-existing information.
We created a document-store-based product inventory management, pipeline, and workflow system where suppliers (of product and/or data) can upload their product's information in any file format they have. They can also upload product-related documents like certificates which are required for continuous supply of products from different regions worldwide.
The application has multiple roles mostly based on the work that each role performs like Suppliers, Designers, External Users, Internal Users, Admins, etc.
All the uploaded information is stored in the system and shared and published in multiple channels. All the changes to products' data create versioning of the respective products and are tracked and recorded for reference. Along with this, the system also tracks users who imported data or made any changes to the existing data or exported data from the system.
