Below are the basic quality control tools that are widely used in organizations. These tools are generic and provide analysis that are helpful for quality improvements.

 

  • Pareto Chart:

Pareto chart is a bar graph of data that arranges the items that have the highest impact on a specific concern. Bar graph shows the number of defects listed specific categories. Pareto chart will help you identify the defect which needs an immediate action.
